The property still features wonderful character features and charm. The hotel is a unique piece of Tauranga’s history and a valuable asset for its future. The hotel’s extensive refurbishment includes the guest rooms, conference rooms, heated pool, Poolside Restaurant, Clipper Lounge and Bar, as well as the reception lobby. Plans are also being finalised for the exterior make-over.
