Totara Room
Recently refurbished and located on the ground floor, this mid sized room can seat up to 130 guests. The room boasts the latest technology with wireless microphone, projector and surround sound system.

Kōwhai Room
The most compact of our newly renovated conference spaces, the Kōwhai room is perfect for smaller gatherings and meetings.

Totara and Kōwhai Room
With the centre wall partitions removed the Totara and Kōwhai Rooms become one very large space, able to host up to 200 delegates. Located on the ground floor, it has direct access to the car park, perfect for exhibitions or trade shows. The room offers built-in ceiling speakers that can be used to connect microphones or laptop audio.

Poolside Restaurant
This light and airy space can be used for private function and is situated next to the lobby and lounge bar. The expansive bi-fold doors open up to a poolside area making this a relaxing and pleasant space.

Clipper Lounge (Bar)
Located on the ground level, next to the main reception and restaurant. This light-filled space is equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and screen. The bar in the venue can be used for private functions, meetings and group gatherings.

Pōhutukawa Room
Located on the second level This is a non-refurbished large room with high ceilings and a balcony. A data projector and screen are available to hire.
