Our Check-In time is from 2:00 PM, and Check-Out is by 10:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact our team in advance to confirm availability and any applicable charges.
The person checking in must be at least 18 years old. Additionally, at least one adult (18 years or older) must be present at all times in the booked accommodation room(s).
A valid (government-issued) photo ID is required at check-in. You must also present a valid credit card in the same name as the guest listed on the booking confirmation.
Full payment for the entire stay is due upon arrival. Please note that the hotel doesn't accept any cash payments. EFTPOS and VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
Upon departure, your account will be settled using the credit card on file unless prior arrangements for payment have been made at Reception.
Please note that a 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments made at the Hotel. Alternatively, payments via EFTPOS do not incur this surcharge.
GUEST INFORMATION
The Hotel may retain guest information to enhance future service offerings and send promotional offers related to tourism, hospitality, or accommodation. You may opt out of receiving such offers at any time.
Your feedback is important to us. After your stay, we will invite you to provide feedback via email, and we’d greatly appreciate your response. Please let us know if you prefer not to provide feedback.
If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, please notify us during your stay or after your departure.

HOUSE RULES
I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges during my stay, including those incurred by any persons accompanying me. If any charges remain unpaid, I agree to be held financially responsible. Any damage to the room or property may be charged to the credit card on file or another method of payment, along with any associated loss of income charges.
I authorize the Hotel to charge my credit card for any outstanding amounts owed to the Hotel or third parties that were not disclosed at check-out.
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, the Hotel enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on noise disturbances between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The Hotel is a party-free environment. Any guest or visitor causing excessive disturbance may have their booking cancelled without refund.
Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines ranging from $250 to $1150, in addition to any cleaning and loss of income charges.
For the safety of our guests and staff, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated.
